When using our services and products you agree to following policies:

Damaged items

At the unlike event that you will receive a damaged item or if for any reason you feel unhappy with your purchase please do contact us immediately. We will address the issue and provide any necessary service to make it right on a case by case basis. These include:

• Replace goods with items of the same kind or similar which will be shipped to you for no extra cost
• Provide you with a generous discount on your next order
• Include free items with your next order
• Full refund

In most cases returning the damaged item(s) will not be necessary

• Wire Transfer

Shipping

All orders are shipped with 24 hours or less

Custom and tailor made orders require an additional 5-10 days to process. Full set of vestments require approx. 20 days before shipment

All orders are shipped via registered/recorded delivery and you will be given a tracking number. Orders with a total weight of 2Kg and above are shipped with Fedex or DHL and delivered by them or their associate companies

Orders with a total weight of less than 2Kg are usually shipped with Hellenic Post, delivered in the USA by USPS and by Royal Mail in the UK

We can not held responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information

Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes:

Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs.  We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
